Only a week and a half left!

Hey everyone! Time is almost out for my france adventure! Ive had the time of my life here and learned so much about the world and myself. I'll still have thousands of stories to tell to keep the memory of it alive!

Exam Results!

Hey everyone! Well today I found out the results of the exam that certifies me wih a diploma in french.... and ... I passed! I got a better score than I ever thought I would and Eric (genius) got the highest score out of everyone ( 51 people) taking the exam! So today we are both pretty proud of ourselves :). I woke up thinking I hadn't passed because of how hard it was and then was very happily surprised. I also get free Indian food because Eric and I bet that whoever got a higher score had to take the other one out for indian! With the end of exams it feels like my journey in France is coming to an end, which is sad but when I think back over all that I've done and seen here I feel pretty lucky. Just the other day Eric and I went on a day trip, to a town about 20 min away and we saw this huge magnificent castle that is known as the Versailles of Lorraine. I would never be able to go on a day trip in Cincinnati and see something like that. It's a completely different world here.

Also in celebration, I decided to get a French haircut and highlight. I went with my cousin Milena and we both got our hair cut. My hair now looks completely different, but now maybe I can pull off being French! We're also leaving to tour the west and south of France really soon (Saturday), so I thought I'd get it cut before we leave.
